Are your drivers trained?
Do consumers get a printed receipt after every fuelling?
All transactions are recorded digitally and a printed receipt is also available for the customer upon request.
How soon can I start with your services?
Once our team has conducted the site feasibility study, our HSE team is deployed to complete a health and safety inspection as well as traffic flow management. After approval, our Operations team can give the go-ahead to commence the station deployment.
Is a pre-inspection mandatory?
Yes. In line with the authorities and ENOC requirements, safety is our top priority and compliance measures must be in place prior to commencement of service. Our HSE team is fully trained in applying international and local standards prior to commencement.
What are your operating hours?
Usually fixed timings between morning till midnight. However, depending on the need of the community and alignment with the community management, our hours can be extended to cover 24/7.
